Products
What materials are used?
Our glasses are handmade from Italian acetate, a noble material made from cotton and wood. Acetate is hypoallergenic, offers unique shine and transparency, and feels natural on the skin.
Do you offer prescription lenses?
We don't yet offer prescription lenses, but this service will be available soon. However, you can purchase our frames and take them to your optician.
Do your glasses offer UV protection?
Yes, our glasses offer UV protection. The lenses of our Barry Paname sunglasses feature a UV400 protection filter, which provides 100% protection against ultraviolet rays and are approved by the European Union and meet quality standards.

The glasses I want are out of stock, what should I do?
This model has been very popular with our customers, resulting in a stock shortage. We encourage you to be patient while we replenish our inventory. In the meantime, please feel free to contact us by email at contact@barry-paris.com, and we will be happy to find a solution together.
What warranty is offered on your glasses?
We offer a one-year warranty on your glasses, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty includes the replacement of defective parts. In the event of a defect, we undertake to replace the model with an identical one (subject to stock availability).
Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from breakage, theft, intentional damage, normal wear and tear, or scratches on the lenses.

Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
What are the delivery times?
Estimated delivery times are:
- France: 24 to 48 hours
- Europe: 48 to 72 hours
- International: 2 to 5 days
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify or cancel them in time. However, please feel free to contact our customer service by email at contact@barry-paris.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Return & Refund
What is your return policy ?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return or exchange.
The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in its original packaging.
Contact us by email at contact@barry-paris.com to initiate the procedure.
Are there return costs?
For any return within 14 days, it is free.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
The refund will be made within 7 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
You will receive an email notification once the transaction is complete. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service at hello@barry-paris.com and specify the problem.
To expedite resolution, please include your order number and attach a photo of the product.
We will replace your product as soon as possible.

Do you have a physical shop?
We currently do not have a physical store. However, we often organize pop-up stores.
We plan to open a concept store in the heart of Paris at the end of 2025.

Can we try BARRY glasses?
Being an exclusively online store, we do not offer physical testing of our glasses.
However, if you are in the Paris region, we can organize hand-overs at our premises to allow you to try on our glasses.
